Yard Attendant

Overview


Yard and unit maintenance, preventative maintenance, checking equipment, and help other employees as needed.


Responsibilities

• Wash, repair, inspect, store units, and other Company’s equipment.

• Use Company’s cleaning system and keep the area clean and organized.

• Completely check and repair units before delivery and upon return.

• Daily reporting to Supervisor/Manager about the material used and problems that might occur.

• Follow Employee Manual to perform daily activities.

• Use Bobcat/Skidsteer for loading and unloading assets (toilets, sinks, etc.)

Work Environment

Route Driver

Job Summary


The Route Driver Position is a key role on the Service Operations Team. The Route Driver operates a company service truck and drives to various locations to set or retrieve, service, pump and refresh portable restrooms. Position reports directly to the Operations Manager.  


Overview of Responsibilities

 Drive truck to and maneuvering around various residential, construction, rural and park sites

 Service, pump and refresh portable restrooms

 Empty the truck at the CMI Disposal Site

 Use the Company Routing Software program to accurately record service times, delays, property damage and upload appropriate photos into each job if necessary

 Complete required route paperwork and submit to the dispatcher at the end of day.

 Provide routing and customer service feedback to Operations and Dispatch

 Perform all work duties in a safe and timely manner, and in compliance with all safety standards

 Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift.

 Be able to interact with clients in a professional manner

 Professional behavior, accountable work ethic, flexible schedule

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

o Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience driving a full size Pick Up Truck

o Knowledge of Park County and Yellowstone Park areas, county roads and resorts is a PLUS

o Be able to interface with customers at each stop, if necessary

o Take responsibility for specific check in and check out procedure at defined stops, delivering and picking up equipment when necessary

o Be able to listen, take and follow directions from all Service and Administrative Staff/Management


Pump Truck Driver

Job Summary


The Pump Truck Driver Position is a key role on our Service Operations Team. The Pump Truck Driver operates a company Vac Truck, by driving to various locations in our service area to pump and clean septic tanks as directed. Driver may have to Locate and dig up tanks when required. Driver may need to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to septic system components.  Position reports directly to the Operations Manager.  


Overview of Responsibilities

CDL Equipment Operator

Job Summary


The Equipment Operator is a key role on our Excavation Operations Team.  The Equipment Operator will:  Perform each job site with expertise and care; Ensure all excavation activities are completed safely and with excellence; Always adhere to our standards in work performed and relations with our clients. Maintain open communication with Operations Manager, Owner and staff, to achieve an integrated team approach to giving our customers best in class products and service.


Overview of Responsibilities


Daily work may include the Excavation of Residential and Light Commercial work including, but not limited to: 

• Loading and Unloading of Equipment

• Driving trucks to job sites

• Digging and Finishing of Foundations to Grade Specs

• Locating, Excavating, Installing and/or Connection of Sewer and Water Services

• Installation of Septic Systems and Drain Fields

• Preparation and Finishing of Roads and Driveways

• Loading Trucks and Placing Materials

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a skidsteer, loader and dozer

• Ability to grade out foundations/site within a tenth

• Comfortable and competent excavating a variety of foundations

• Ability to read plans and grade control

• Accomplish a variety of tasks as the work load demands

• Work outdoors in year-round climates.

• Handle an average of 8 to 10 hours of physical labor daily

Office Assistant

Job Details

• Answer all incoming telephone calls, screen and direct calls as necessary, taking clear, concise, and appropriate messages

• Provide high quality customer service to all customers, vendors, etc.

• Monitor Company email accounts, printing and communicating any necessary actions or responses in a timely fashion

• Prepare Company correspondence and documents as necessary

• Check Company mail boxes, processing and sorting mail as necessary

• Process incoming shipments, verifying receipts and shipments for accuracy

• Schedule work activities for all entities, including but not limited to Portable Rentals, Septic Pumping, Excavation, and other areas as required by owners/management

• Maintain daily and weekly route schedules and job assignments for all employees

• Maintain electronic appointment calendars both for the employees and the owner

• Prepare Customer and vendor reports; ie, past service dates, past event schedules, last order dates, etc.

• Prepare and complete daily, weekly, and monthly customer billing/invoicing- ensuring complete accuracy

• Receive and apply payments properly and in a timely fashion.  

• Prepare monthly accounts payable – sorting and matching up invoices and statement (as dictated)

• Time Card Preparation for payroll accountant  - properly adding all employee hours and faxing to accountant as needed

• Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies – tracking inventory and ordering as necessary

• Complete reports, projects, and other tasks in a timely and complete fashion, as they are assigned

• Tidy and maintain office and public spaces, including general cleaning; sweeping, mopping, trash collection, bathroom maintenance, window/door cleaning, etc.  Also assist route drivers with starting or transferring laundry from washer/dryer

• Responsible for the high quality consciousness as set by the company in order to maintain our "service oriented" goals that set us apart from other service businesses

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Reliable Transportation to get to and from work on time each day

• Valid Montana Driver’s License

• Ability to use Multi-Line Phone Systems

• Good Physical condition - able to lift 25+ pounds
